If not now, when?

This quote means a lot to me. On several occasions, this statement has given me the final push.

Like the moment I started thinking about following my passion. I knew for over 10 years that I was passionate about coaching. I coached a few people here and there, read a lot about it, etc.

But I didn't take the step to really go for it. Not the step to do the coaching course.

There were always reasons not to.

Which course should I choose?

It's way too expensive.

There are already so many coaches.

Where should I get the time from?

Until that moment when I looked in the mirror and confronted myself.

‘Wilma, Coaching has been your passion for so long, it always has been, no matter what kind of work you did. When are you brave enough to take the step? And if not now, when? Will it ever really happen?’

I realized that there will always be excuses not to go for my passion. And if I didn't do it now, when? Someday I'll regret it if I didn't go for it now.

And I'm still grateful every day that I was brave enough to go for it.

When do you need that push in the back? With what kind of decisions?

My personal experience is that coaching is a powerful way to eventually take that brave step. To go for what you really want or what is important to you.
